Cairn’s 2019 Annual General Meeting saw Chairperson Simon Guest stand down after three years at the helm and Vice Chair Michael Allan appointed Chairperson of the association.
Simon Guest said:
“It has been a great privilege to serve as Cairn’s Chair for the last three years and I am grateful to our Board members and staff team for their hard work and support. This has been a period of modernisation for the association and we can look ahead to a bright future with sound governance, financial stability and a fantastic staff team.”
Michael Allan, Cairn’s new Chairperson, said:
“I am delighted to take up the role of Chair of Cairn Housing Association. It is an exciting time for the association, having secured new financing, welcomed ANCHO as a partner of the new Cairn Housing Group and launched an ambitious new build development programme. I look forward to supporting our team through the next stage of our development.
“We are all grateful to Simon for his invaluable contribution to Cairn. Simon’s leadership has put Cairn on a firm footing for an exciting future and we are all delighted that he will continue as a Board member.“
